Terms and Conditions for Flex-Arabia Application

Welcome to FLEX Arabia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account Registration:

  • To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Use of the Service:

  • You must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Price Agreement and Contracts:

  • All transactions conducted through the Service are subject to UAE laws and regulations.

Payment and Invoicing:

  • Payments for transactions will be handled through the Service.

User Conduct:

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Flex-Arabia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Flex-Arabia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, special, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • You agree that Flex-Arabia's liability to you shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Flex-Arabia for the use of the Service.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flex-Arabia, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Arbitration:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the UAE Association.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE. By using the Flex-Arabia application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
